I had a great experience with Happy at Home home care. From the very beginning, their team was professional, compassionate, and focused on truly understanding the needs of their clients. Sara did an excellent job explaining all the services they offer and took the time to go over everything in a clear and thoughtful way. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure all of my questions were answered, which made the entire process feel much more comfortable and reassuring. It’s clear that Happy at Home is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate home care services.Posted on Google![]()

I have been working with Happy at Home for two months now. Prior to surgery (which has caused me to be non weight bearing for several months) I interviewed 5 local home assistance companies. I selected Happy at Home, which I interviewed last, because of all the ones I met with they were the only one who showed a real interest in me and my own situation beyond simply checking a box on an intake form. The manager, Adele Schneider, is so capable, knowledgeable and willing to invest with the client in their custom care giving plan; she inspires a lot of confidence in me. The team who has been helping me at home are wonderful to work with. I’ve found them to be very skilled, intelligent and certainly they’ve lead the way to me having a positive experience during this down time. I need to also say that these are hands down the nicest, caring and most. concerned individuals, I really can’t note this strongly enough. A company can train for skills but not for genuine niceness with a client which speaks to careful hiring and expectation settings from the firm. In addition to the caregivers the schedulers are also so helpful, thorough and meticulous when working with my needs and calendar. They’ve gone out of their way to help me with things that have come up and they also have my confidence. I am appreciative of the entire team. I am extremely happy with the selection I made and would be pleased to speak with anyone who has any questions about this reviews.Posted on Google![]()

We've had the ladies coming for 2 months now and we are very happy with them. My 95-yr-old husband doesn't need a lot of help just someone in case of problems. Problems like changing the channel on the TV. He also has some confusion. These ladies interact with him great. And I get a chance to go to my quilt guild meetings and be with my friends. I find this company very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

I won’t say we didn’t have hiccups with Happy at Home, we had a few personalities that didn’t gel with my mother’s, or some shopping trips that went south, but Kaliahna and her team were always responsive and quickly corrected any issues. It’s important to know that Happy at Home seems, at least from my perspective, to contract out to a handful of trusted people. This means that there is no set structure, except for note taking and check ins. That said, this is a boon in my opinion. My mother had a certain type of person in mind to help her with chores and meals; she in a small way resented needing help and as a result could be quite specific in her needs. Kaliahna would work with us to make sure the right people were there. I worked with Kaliahna all the way from Phoenix, and she was very receptive to the sort of over communication that a son separated from his sick mother is inclined to exercise. Perhaps that’s the way to take your bad Happy at Home experience in to a positive one, communicate. Keep lists of tasks for caregivers, tell Happy at Home how you feel about a given caretaker, listen to your intuition and share that intuition. They seem to be good people who care about their business and their clients, so they’ll listen.
